Guidelines and Refunds

LATE FEES:  All late fees apply after registration closing date; $25.00 - Town Program & $35.00  - Travel Program

EVALUATIONS:   Travel placement evaluations are held each spring in mid-June.   All players must be registered prior to evaluations.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

REFUND POLICY:   Full refund prior to February 15th for the spring and July 15th for the fall.  50% refund prior to March 1st for spring and August 1st for the fall.   Full refunds for families that move or injury that has incurred before the first game.   A doctor's note must be submitted for injury refund.  

No refunds after teams are released, town or travel.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
